It's very nice, the code is good too. My only suggestion would be to make it validate:

nice work man, but in IE8 the navigation is almost sticked to the left, is this the point or my TV is making problems

I am not pleased with your header. Whole embossing is not looking good enough. This is just my opinion.

Good idea, but the work is not clean enough.
Look at end of contact us and starting of member, not able to see it properly as it is too bright over there.

Not working for me.
