Need a residential proxy for my stripe account (static IP)

Hi ive been searching forever for a static residential IP in Canada that also has a low fraud score and looks residential, I need it to run my stripe account, if anyone knows any service that specifically provides this please let me know

The residential RDP providers I was abel to found are just using a residential proxy, are there any that do not use proxies to get the residential IP?

Residential rdp should be rdp with residential connection, no proxy used.

Do you know where I can find that for vancouver or toronto canada? And is it a residential IP? Low fraud score and not detected as proxy?
