Need a reputable PPC partner

I've had a couple guys I know recently offer to make me decent returns on my cash via piggy backing off their PPC campaigns. What I am looking to do is hook up with someone who can pay weekly, and has steady returns (3+ months) on their current campaigns. We can figure out a % split based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: your rep, consistency thus far, total roi, longevity of current campaign, my gut.
