Need a reliable US VPN please?

i need a US VPN service that give the user static or dynamic IPs from US.
i use now one VPN service but only with 2 IP's the service is good and the speed is fast. but i am still locking on the number of the IPs.
please let me know if anyone knows ?
i need like 30 ip static per month or more.
i tried some proxies service offered here but the speed is slow (i am not mentioned the name).

You can get a VPS and install VPN software such as OpenVPN. The number of IP addresses would then be much more flexible.

This isn't as easy as it sounds, I'm having trouble with the TAP/TUN adapter on my VPS
