I really recommend StableHost, they are pros in the business and have some great reviews. I know you've heard this before but seriously, try not to go too cheap. In the end, you will suffer while the webhost is completely ripping you off. Spending a bit more cash will not heart you that much, but will provide a great benefit to your business.

I will say Godaddy. The current hosting interface is awesome. I have taken a one year plan again and till now I am impressed
