Good day everyone.
About a year ago my website which I am currently running adsense on went offline for about a week due to my hosting company doing server maintenance. It returned many 404 messages on webmaster tools

I was getting about 1500 organic search clicks a month before the server issue. I thought it would climb in rankings after time but it never did. I am now getting about 40-50 clicks a month if I'm lucky.
I need someone to have a look through my website and see what the heck is going on as I have no Idea what the heck is going on and would appreciate recommendations on who to use for this type of thing .
