Need A Really Good PHP Coder, Web Designer That Is Great With SEO

Hi everyone,

I'm fed up with my current web designers as they're making the same mistakes over and over and really don't seem to be listening to what I'm saying.

So I'm looking for a website designer that has good knowledge with SEO. The websites I have created need to be coded well. The updates I ask you to do on websites need to be done right and I shouldn't have to repeat myself explaining things over and over again.

So if you're a good coder that has some good SEO knowledge, send me a few examples of your work and if you want to work with me I will be conducting a phone interview before you start doing any work for me.

I have accounts on both freelancer.com and odesk.com that have good ratings and many hours of work.
