Need a rco for a good vpn.

Not sure this is the place to post it, but in need of a good, fast vpn.

I've gone the trial route with a few (ibvpn, privatewifi, etc.) but not sure what is out there that is best and cost effective.

I know hidemyass broke its own privacy policy, so looking for something more secure.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
