Need a quickie (no not sex)

Quick favor! I need to know what app/software can be used to manipulate call dialing so that I dont end up being "Spam Risk". I forgot what the name of app was I used to use that was brilliant for this. I think it was an SMS registry that would use whatever name you assigned it, definetly not a VOIP those are red flag galore. I had my mark, hook line sinker and then their coworker asked them a question and I got timed out.
