What kind of pages are we talking about? Just static? Forms needed? Will the information that is needed for the site be provided? PM me guys I could do this for you. What about CM systems and using themes. Would that work? Pm me if you are interested. I can also create websites without cms.

Not real sure what you get for $15. I deal with many type of companies and they have different niches. EXAMPLE: Attorney- Family Law, Contractor- Remodeling, Attorney- Criminal, Contractor- Roofing, Dentist- Cosmetic, Chiropractor- Massages.... You get the idea. I need single one page landing pages with theme and I will supply content.
May I see a sample please.
