Need a Quick Scraper Made ASAP

Hi Guys,

I need a quick scraper made that can do the following:

• Scrape all list items from a particular webpage (simple regex, just selecting <li><a>"THE ANCHOR TEXT I WANT")<a/></li>)
• Add all results to a CSV, Google doc would be preferred.
• Re-scrapes the page every 30 mins and adds the results to the same CSV/Google doc.

This scraper could either be a browser based script or desktop (would prefer browser based e.g PHP script with cron)
