Need a quality migration from Drupal to Wordpress without harming pagerank

I am about to purchase a PR4 site that runs on Drupal, which I want migrated to Wordpress. I am not familiar with Drupal and have no interest in learning a new platform, as programming is clearly not my expertise.

I need the site to be migrated over to Wordpress where I will then feel comfortable making the necessary changes. The current content is crap, however, it needs to be maintained in order to maintain the pagerank, backlinks etc.

Is there anybody here who can do this for me?
