Need a proxy to mask my IP

I need a proxy or a program that I can use with a list of proxies that will allow me to mask my IP so I can fill out some surveys from different IPs and not get banned for it.

I tried using the program Mask My IP and while it works, It dosent credit me with completing survey offers so I am seeking another option.
