Need a proxy for new stealth account for proxy NOOB

So I'm still figuring out this whole proxy thing. I basically need a new proxy for a new ebay account I just bought. Getting a new ip is not possible through my isp because I used this account only at work.

Looking for:

?Speed is always a priority.

?One time fee preferred, if not low monthly might work too.

?Im guessing I'd want a proxy that doesn't change? I'd just want something different than what was used on my banned account.

I can give you some general information to help you out a little. I've never worked with eBay in this way before, so I can't go into specifics, but I can try to help fill in some spots for ya maybe. You're probably right in wanting to keep the same IP at all times. For something like eBay, and a number of other sites as well, you're better off using the same IP if it's possible. If you can't, try to use an IP from as close as possible to the location of the previously used IP/proxy. So if you had a proxy from New York and you couldn't use it anymore or had to switch, then you'd want to try and find another proxy that was also from New York. That way it doesn't trip any geo-IP protection that might be in place. As far as pricing goes, you usually rent them by the month. Some places will offer a single proxy if that's all you need, some may have a minimum order of 5 or 10. You can use HMA as a paid proxy and for free proxies you may use foxyproxy.
Both of them are effective and easy to use.
