I am very new to the whole site flipping process and need some help where to start.
What should I do first ?

What is the best kind of site to flip and make a profit off of.

How do you "fix up" a site.

Are there any programs/websites I should be using.

First of all you have to have a site to flip. Either you build your own or buy it at cheap price.

There are plenty of free resources on BHW, be it here in the flipping section or downloadable ebooks in the downloads section.
