DO NOT ASK ME HOW MUCH I WANT TO PAY. I am looking for bids and ETA's to decide who gets the job. This is something that I -will- be getting and need working 100% ASAP.

I am currently running around 500 auctions a month on ebay and growing every day. My end result should be around 1000-3000 items. I wish to show up under newly listed, best price, and ending soonest search fields on a daily basis. ending soonest and cheapest price have been easy to dominate, however I'm unable to find an automatic way to show up under newly listed. Every option I can locate will re-list an item, but either A. won't renew the "start date" and instead just increase the end date by 30 days at the last second, thus not giving me newly listed status, or B. re-list with newly listed status, but not update the new qty if its a multi qty item and one sold perviously (ie i have 2 cars for sale, 1 sells, then the auction ends. the software relists it like I want for getting newly listed status, but relists it with a qty of 2, instead of updating the qty to 1)

I need quotes (time and cost) to create the following program:

    1. Software that runs locally on my desktop.
    2. Compatible with both windows 7 32 + 64bit os
    3

And finally, the most important part(s):
-Synchs with my ebay account, generating a full list of items I have for sale, qty, price, and how many have sold.
    -Update button to re-synch
-Able to stay on 24/7 without freezing/locking up/otherwise having issues
-An auto-relist feature that will relist all chosen auctions within the first hour after they have ended (the sooner the better)
-An option to adjust the time frame so it relists in minute intervals (so if i previously create 10 auctions at once, during the relist i can spread them out over 5 minute intervals etc)
-relist interval option should be smart (if i tell it relist in 5 minute intervals, it will not adjust auctions that have already done so with another 5 minutes etc)
-on/off switch (checkbox) to actiave relist feature on specific auctions (and ofc a "check all" button)
-when relisting, it should update the relisted auction with the correct qty. IE if i make an auction selling 2 cars (qty of 2), and 1 sells, then the auction ends and i relist, the new relist has a qty of 1.
-if an auction ends with a qty of 0 (all sold), it notifies me and asks if i want to skip that specific relist or update the qty

I've had a few people say this is codeable, but I've either not been able to hear back from them, or they don't want to give me a price. I'm not the programmer, you are, so tell me what you want to make this.

Cheapest price does not necessarily beat quality and time to complete, though the cheaper the better ofc ;)

PM me or message here, I'll be keeping an eye out on this.
