Need a program for Twitter to schedule my tweets

Hey guys so pretty much i need a program or a website or anything that can help me with:
Twitter Tweet Scheduling
Spin off the tweets so they can be tweeted multiple times a day (i.e every 3 hours or etc)

Follow people off keywords
and do this for multiple accounts like 5 max..

i have MarketMeSuite but it only allows 1 account per login
and i used socialoomph for scheduling but it doesnt spin off and i have to do it manually

any cool twitter programs im missing out on that i should have?
