NEED a progam that tracks phone model from clicks/conversions

I am doing mobile marketing and need to find what phones/models I'm getting the conversions with so that I can track those models specifically. Is there any program out there that can do this? I saw a screen shot of some program but have no idea what it is. Any ideas guys?

You can do that with Google Analytics easily. I dont see anything special with those metrics there?

Searched on many reverse image search engines, no luck. I'll keep trying though!
