If you don't find anyone up for the job, I would recommend CamtasiaStudio. You could do the video yourself, probably in 2-3 hours at most.

here is some camtasia tutorials, hope they help..

i done alot of video and cutting, and could probably help you, but i have no material...

(i work in sony vegas)
