Need a Private Blog Network Building

I have some decent capital to play with and I would like to build a Blog Network (around 1000 blogs) for my SEO company. Anyone here capable of such a feat.. if so PM and Ill send you my specifications.

I would be down for something like this also with a auto drip feed of articles spun,SEO optimized and scheduled to post I have a network i manage but the more the merrier
