Need a PPC Adwords Guy

Looking for someone who knows how to get landing pages past the google adwords check. I can supply what you'll need as far as prepaid cards, vps, etc. Just need you to setup and launch the campaigns, take care of redirects etc.

Also looking for someone who can do it turnkey.
