It's almost impossible to do that. You can try doing things like:

- encrypting javascript
- delaying launch
- code obfuscation

and so on. But almost no methods works 100% of the time. I have yet to try that word press plugin but I have downloaded it and will give it a test.

Please note that pop ups cannot be delivered without the use of javascript. Meaning any user blocking JS code will not see the ad.
