Need a PHP scripter for editing and improving a script

I currently have an affiliate script, open source, and the affiliate side of it isn't that great, so im looking into either having it redone completely or just updating a few things.

so heres what i need,
someone that has ewhored before, or knows those scripts well,
someone that can either show some good work, or proven on bhw as a whole
idk if your jrvip or not. i just need it done, no rush either.
i talked to one guy but i haven't seen him in a few weeks so he's out.
