It is for a membership website of mine.
I need a programmer that will help me implement API for PayPal and Coinbase (BitCoin) for automatic username/password creation after purchasing our subscription.
I also have a membership section on my website but I need it automated so I can add content much easier than the manual way I have to do it now.
Once the project is ready, I have an affiliate and investor standing by that has an extremely large mailing list that we are going to start e-mailing and will start bringing in sales immediately.
I will be able to pay you via PayPal $400 for the work you have done once your end is complete and we start mailing and we start bringing in sales.
