Need a Php Coder

Hi Guys

I need a coder. I purchased a site which had a script with it but the script was rubbish so I need a new script on it and I have placed a few posts on different forums and have found out that I would not be able to afford as I have been given two different price ranges one was $4000 and the other $250. So giys here I am asking to see if anyone would be able to help. Basicly I have image hosting site and want a site like shareapic where the users can earn money for unique views. I brand new coded site which I cannot afford so what I would like is for someone to check a nulled script for me to see if it is ok and does not have any malious codes on it and then I need so features added on to it. They are a lot of features that I would like on it but cant afford it currently so these are the features I need on the script.

A revenue system where each member gets paided for every unique view

Ad placments on image viewing pages and the ad codes can be added on in admin section

Also a new look homepage and a few new pages like tos privacy faq's and these should also be able to be edited on admin section

If I am happy with the coding then I will probably ask to for a new built within 6 months of this as by then I should have made enough money for a new clean built with all the features I want
