Need a PHP Code to fake the referer from a diff site

I need to I frame another guys URL inside my WP post.I want someone to show me a way so that if somebody sees that post,he should go through another site and then redirect to my iframed site

Is there any online Iframing generator where I can select the borders for the iframe which I would like to generate from a specific website??
