after i made the payment he disappeared for 2 weeks without telling me anything. he then got back from his "vacation"....fast forward another 2 weeks i got 4 back links and a "fancy" research PDF that he claimed took him 8-10 hrs.
 
Is there any reason you don't like the WHOIS info for his site? Looks valid to me.
 
I think the # provided is his cell or something and he just forwards my calls to his answering machine. Im looking for a home phone number in this case. I think the address is legit but Im not gonna fly over there to speak to him in person.
