The only way to do it is to outbid your competitor.
See if your ROI is worth it.
Else, go for some long tail keywords. They get less traffic, but cost less as well.

It's a numbers game.

I know enough about PPC to know that what you said isn't entirely true.

Quality score/ page optimization/ # of ad groups/ strategy etc...

Any gurus out there who are into managing an extra account?

Hey Dirk, you know there are a few reputable companies out there who manage PPC campaigns...

Just type PPC management company into Google and you'll find a wide range of services/prices. Some are charging $1,500 per month, others charge $200...just shop around Good luck!
