no, i have been doing this since last 6 months, but for others, so would like to start it for me and looking for good long term partner.

Ya its just that it makes more sense for us to design our own sites or get someone else to do it then create the revenue for OURSELVES. Unfortunately just being able to make a site and get accepted into CPA networks just really isnt that much of a skill. I cant really imagine anyone saying "well im making 20k on my own here a month but this guys site is pretty snazzy i should take all my advertising to this guys site and pay him half of what i make" Unfortunately Im pretty sure that wont be happening, but good luck

yes sure but i think earning while learning is better ;)
 
Not something I'd go for, but it's not unheard of some. I know sometimes I cba to make a new site, so it make sense.
 
testing and trying, that takes time, and i dont have that. What i believe is different than what you think :)
