Need a partner for my site(split profits)

I have a website about 10 months old, but I started doing something else and I have left it for a while.

I'm looking for someone to help me with the SEO and some material for the site (I will help in the work also).
And if we get it going we will split the profit and then flip it.

The site has about 60-120 unique visitors. (consider that I haven't done any SEO)
It has a great design and about 40 posts(older content).
Also I can get adsense account if needed.

What about selling the domain name? , i dont think somebody will buy a forum with 40 posts.. can you give us the domain to see it ?

who said it was forum... and I'm not interested to sell the domain.
