Need A Nigerian Prepaid Card

I am trying to sign up to GetBarter.co but in order to fund my account i need Nigerian bank account or Nigerian debit card. I’m looking to buy a Nigerian debit card
Or if anyone has any ideas on how I can fund my account here without having to do this that would be helpful
