As i said, it depends on what Paypal asked for, and can you supply it. A verified card or bank is not sufficient if they are asking for documents. If you can't supply them or photoshop something they may accept, you'll have to wait 180 days, then withdraw the funds in it to a bank. that can be a regular bank, or a Payoneer or whatever functioning card that also comes with a bank account no and routing no.
