Need a new PayPal account!

I just checked my PayPal account today and it said they needed more information about me and my account.
This information, sadly, I cannot give because I'm a minor.

They want a photo ID, proof of address and SSN.
I've searched the threads and found no results after 5 pages.

What do I do? Can I create a new PP? How so? Can you lead me to a thread about this?

In conclusion, PayPal sucks. Not worth fighting with them.

So what do you suggest I do right now? I really want to use PayPal and don't want any alternatives because lots of services/stuff on sale don't allow anything other than PayPal.

If people are going to use Paypal to make money, we'd better get used to thinking in business terms, and practice risk management. That means thinking ahead about an account limitation, in which case you'll have to PLAN to set up a PP account that has a matching ID, SSN, utility bill, and bank statement, whether the account is real or stealth. It's not just about getting basic verification by VBA or VCC, it's about treating an account limitation as an anticipated obstacle.

The best alternative is to get a merchant account and take credit/debit cards for payment. This whole "everybody uses Paypal, so I can't use anything else" mentality is exactly why Paypal maintains its leverage to jerk folks around. Be a market maker for a different and better processor.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea on what happens when your account is limited? I saw in the Res. Center that limited accounts can receive money and all that good stuff that I need it to do.
Is this right? What things CAN'T limited people do?
 
You can keep receiving funds under a limited status (at least I have seen it happen on a few accounts, though not all) but you can't pull anything out until the account is restored, OR 180 days have passed. If your limitation status goes on a while or your document submissions are not accepted, your account is basically closed, and every action is suspended except being able to withdraw whatever is left to a bank after 180 days.

What if I don't submit any documents? (I'm a minor..) What do I do after?
 
Then wait 180 days and withdraw what you have in it to a bank account. If they've asked for docs, you have to supply something they will accept, or else kiss that PP account goodbye.

Well, I don't know how to supply what they want. I'm just a minor, and it's under my name.

Also, what happens next after my PayPal account is done? What do I do?
 
they confirmed that delivery of aged paypal accounts was instant

I sent payment last April 3 , 2012

the first two days after i sent money they sent emails with excuses
promising the accounts for the following day
today the stopped answering emails or the hotmail messenger

this is the type of customer service that you can expect from

read this: we will provide PayPal to you when we will provide it to you. Wait for it, be patient.
and also read this: asking us to hurry or sending numerous messages or emails WILL NOT IN ANY CASE make things faster
Those 2 statements hang them on your monitor ^^

if you like being treated like that go on, do business with this scammers

Hopefully, after 180 days you won't remain minor and get necessary docs?
Why don't you create pp a/c under your mom or dad's name, if possible? unless they both already have pp a/c.
Just my thought.

After 180 days I'll still be a minor, unfortunately.
I've been thinking of that, but maybe they will catch me? (IP problems or such..?)
How do I create another PayPal using my mother's name without being caught? And I don't want her name in trouble..

What do you mean? I just need to be able to use PayPal again after the 180 days.
 
Is it possible to verify paypal acct with Payoneer virtual acct ?
