All i want is to mass follow, set up posts for the future, delete post, delete comments, and check and respond to direct message.

could anyone recommended a bot that call do all of the above and has a monthly subscription?

Follow liker is the best. Worth every single penny. You will never get ban with that if you didn't do anything stupid.
 
If I want to open 20 or 25 accounts, is FollowLiker still the best choice?
Or is there another bot out there better at handling multi accounts?

Followliker can get really expensive for multiple accounts. Also if you don't want to get banned, you need VPNs. For 25 accounts you're looking at around $400+/mo (if you're lucky).

I got 46 accounts connected for less than that on http://instaheap.com. + each account comes with a private VPN. It's also web based so no need to buy servers. Happy with it
