Need a new Adwords Account

I was banned from adwords because of an OLD CAMPAIGN I didn't use anymore, and I actually SOLD that site on Flippa. (So I'm not even the owner of it anymore)

Anyway - I need a new account

You think I'll get banned if I -

1. Create Account Under New Name
2. New Credit Card
3. New IP
4. New Computer
5. New Address

Think it'll work? I was spending like $100 a day on adwords, and really need it back!

I just did it and got a $80.00 credit. Expires 3-31-11

That is what I did on when I lost my ad words account, and I have had this new one about 2 weeks

I have not had any issues this far. I am using a new domain also not sure if that has something to do with it.

Got banned because I was playing around with an ad and didnt complete it and they said it was against their TOS. But the ad never went live, and was clearly incomplete
