Need a music social media expert

Looking to add a member to my team for long term success.

The person will have experience generating mass tweets, weather through an existing network or a newly created one. The tweets will be for generating music buzz. We are also looking to increase plays and likes all across Soundcloud and Instagram.

I have been doing research on handling this all myself but we have a budget and other ideas to move forward on. I'm looking for someone who can give a price. Take instructions and execute.
