What specific niche of work at home and how much are you looking to spend? I've used a few great writers on Elance before, but I don't know if you're planning to sell this thing or use it as a free product or list building tool

Its always good to have an incentive for list building. But I think your looking for a book on profitable niches right? If thats the case than try free ebooks sites related to what niche your interested in.
