I want to start a porn site which has embedded videos. I have bought hosting and domain. However i am stuck at content. Can someone please guide me to a free or a cheap grabber. Also if possible someone would like to share it with me that would me an enormus help.

you can try with http://xwpthemes.com/ and try with plugin-xhamster-importerembeder-to-wordpress i didnt buy this plugin i found that on google,
just use google and you will find it.

If you will use the same videos titles, your website won't be even indexed. You can make your own grabber using free Browser Automation Studio. You can translate video titles before posting, all can be done with BAS

There are a lot of tutorials about BAS on youtube. In short - save video title, embed code, make a screenshot for thumbnail ---> go to deepL translator translate title to other lang ---> login to your wordpress and shedule or post
