Need a manager to create about 20 blogspots - budget $600.

I don't have time to manage this so need someone with more then 2 years in IM to do this for me. Preferably US resident so I can call and discuss the details.

APROX. BUDGET: $600 for 20 blogs, I do need 1st page of google in most small cities for that price. Aprox start date 2 weeks.

I am looking for someone to create about 20 blogspots in a specific cities/areas. (I will provide areas + construction photos to use). Blogs need to look like a sales letter that advertises construction services.

Here is a samples but I need it to look nicer and more catchy and with a nice header, but simple at the same time. I have a lot of premade graphics that will help you with the projects as well as a .com website that can be used a template.

Here is an aprox. workplan:
1. Make a template that will be used for all the blogs.
2. Create a blogspot blog for each city/area.(I will provide a gmail account)
3. Write or hire a good writer for a specific keyword + city.
4. Upload photos/template and with a unique SEO optimized article to each blogspot
5. Do offsite SEO for = "keyword+city name" should be easy to rank.

1. Will hire and supervise odesk or fiver to do a template.
2. I'll create blogs while outsourcer is working on a template.
3. Hire a good real writer to write articles.
4. once outsourcers finish the project will put it all together and PM you to check.
5. If you approve or want changes done I will fix it.
6. Start SEO work myself or hire someone to do it.

Price for first blog =????? including outsourcers and your fees. Let me know how much for deposit + how much total.

Price for more blogs =????? (should be lower then the first one) including outsourcers and your fees.

NOTE THAT FOR THIS JOB I NEED SOMEONE WITH GOOD REP & POST COUNT.

Realistic cost for first blog= $80. Other blogs will use same template so you just need unique articles $5 to hire someone and $5-$10 for you to copy paste.

20 blogs on $600 aint gonna work bro. My honest suggestion. You will need 600 for 4x1000 word articles per blog for them 20 blogs.

I was actually thinking doing 1 sales page per blog. Just 400-500 word article per blog rest of it graphics that will be the same for all 20 blogs.

Do you mean 400 word article not good enough for SEO purpose? Not sure what you mean, once template is done should be just copy paste job(if hire a writer). Please advise.

you will need 500-600 words , i have ranked some blogs with 200 words but it depends on competition and you need long articles and good blogs to impress buyers .
