Need a mailer that can inbox

I am looking (in the not to distant future) to email to 100-200 CL leads per day. I can provide @cl email, title, ad body, as well as the message I want to send. I will then need any leads that reply to either be forwarded to an email address I control or be easily accessible in some way.

I am looking for cost and inboxing rates. Forum members with more votes and/or jvip/donor will be given preference.
