Need a Long Term PHP/MySQL Programmer

Hey all,

I'm looking for a PHP/MySQL programmer who'd be keen to get involved in several projects that I'm running and building.

It can be either a full-time or a part-time role, but I do need you to be able to commit for a longer period as you'd be involved both in managing some of my existing projects, as well as developing a number of new ones which later on I would like you to work on improving.

Happy to pay a fixed monthly salary, topped with equity options in the projects in questions.

Requirements:

• Decent experience in PHP/MySQL development
• Experienced in and happy to deal with HTML/CSS
• Front End / UX development experience is a major plus
• Must be based either in Europe or the US (no exceptions)

You would be working alongside myself, taking care of some of my existing projects (don't worry - nothing overly complicated), as well as coding new web apps based on details specifications that I will provide.

- Some links to projects that you've been involved in previously
- An approximate salary expectation
- Availability (full time or part time / any specific hours / etc.)

Sorry gents, that's non-negotiable I'm afraid.

I have multiple reasons for requiring the person to be in the EU or North America, with time zones being only one of them.
