need a little webbased Tool for IP/Customer management

Hi guys

Here is what I need:
I want to manage all my VPS and their IPs.


Customer:
- 15 attributes

IP:
- 4 attributes

Login:
- 3 attributes


Login functionality
Simple interface to display all customers and their ips AND edit those items in a separate window
Each customer can have several ips
If the customer quits, I'll just delete the customer (as I have everything managed somewhere else), the ip needs to be released!
Sort by ip and group by customer
Ability to display all free ips in separete window
Filters for ip, customer name, customer id
When I edit/add a new customer, I want to be able to click on "add ip" and then I want to choose one or more ip/s from all the ips, that are not in use yet/anymore.

Needs to run in browser and mobile (mobile friendly!)

needs to be in php or asp.net

Make a quote.. ,o) You can also get virtual servers if you want...
