Need a little help

I have a site the is on the first page but the only problem is that i am not getting the traffic from it. I have a few ideas why but i would like to get the forums ideas also. Here is my stats


1st page on google 3ed position
only about 350 backlinks
the exact searches is 1500 (monthly)
the site is 1 year old


I am only getting around 15 click a day. Like i was saying i have a few ideas but i would like to have the forums opinions also.

That seems about right TBH

It's a well known fact that (providing it's relevant to the search) the no1 link gets the bulk of the traffic.

If you're getting 460 or so hits from that then you're getting around 30% of the traffic. Which I'd say is actually decent for 3rd position.

So target another 9 keywords with a similar amount of traffic and you should be getting some decent hits! Empires won't be built on one relatively low volume 3rd position.

I figured it would be in my backlinks being so low. I was thinking that if they went up a bit then google would see them and start giving me more traffic plus take me to number 1. Atleast that is what i was thinking.
