I need to rewrite 300 food recipes for my recipe website.Has anybody had any experience with this? How much of the recipe do I actually need to change to make it not copyright? Seems like this could take me weeks to finish depending on how much I need to change.

You don't need to change a lot more. Just reduce 50 gms of flour and use wooden spoon instead of silver spoon. Give or take an extra pinch of salt. Knead it for another 2 minutes(If you have extra time ofcourse). When making the sauce, you can try adding the passata, basil and crushed garlic in reverse order and Serve it with a little more olive oil.

I have done the research and you can not copyright ingredients to a recipe but the writing and directions are considered copywright.

There is two ways to fill a bowl of cereal. Directions aren't unique enough and sometimes have to be done in order. If they added something explicit then delete the line. You just can't add the intros n exits I have found recipes are gummed up wild west. People eat with their eyes getting (Pinterest) pics will be a b**ch. I believe yummly has an API for $ Good Luck Drew!
