Need a little advice

I want to create accounts on a website and use FB accounts to verify them. The thing is, if I verify multiple accounts from the same IP, I'm likely to get banned. Even though my IP is dynamic, I'm not so sure it completely puts me in the clear. Any advice on how I can go about this?

VPN's don't work. Already tried that.

Get private proxies and use web browser that does not track you. For example, Firefox has Do Not Track mode. The most likely reason why you're getting banned is because you have some http://uk.reputation.com/reputationwatch/articles/how-manage-disable-and-delete-flash-cookiess on your computer, that links your accounts together.
