Need a little advice from basics knowledges

I have never meet this before and i am confuse
I am seeing my serp in GG dancing like crazy but not just some positions....

let' say for exemple
Keyword A: today poisition 4, tomorrow position 97, then position 7
Keyword B: today position 45, tomorrow position nowhere, then position >5
Keyword C: today position 122, tomorrow position 6, then position 74

it's not exactly a day to day,but just to show you how it's change. And near all keywords are dancing like this.

Seo On: i just fixed some errors, and optimized some contents
Seo Off: nothing much i have done this days, only 3 links to internal pages (1 YT video, 1 web2.0, 1 Edu bookmark)

aslo some thing i noticed: if i have an internal page in position 6 and i post a new article linking to this existing post with the keyword targeted, the page down in position 80 lol ?

Can it be that i still have an issue with Seo on ?

This behavior is here since the latest GG release, even if i can say it has been positive for me with this blog,
I am just lost on why this and how i sould act with it right now ....


Any explanation and advice is welcome

Some time ago I noticed a similar ranking change for one of my website but after a while those rankings got established and it's for one of my newly built website.

Google dancing is pretty common after major algo updates. Penguin 3.0 is being rolled out slowly so this is going to be happening for a while.

U have to wait a week or 2 for your site to stabilize after the penguin hit.

G's dance is either prerequisite to a ranking increase or a loss of rankings... When that happens I tend to keep on with adding more content together with a small number of backlinks.... Sometimes I can't help feeling G's dance is to test how well your site interacts with users.. So for example you get a massive jump temporarily for keyword x... Lets say a user clicks on it and 1 second later types in the same keyword in G - then it shows that your site is not so great for that keyword... Its just a theory but it does make me think alot about how to keep users longer on your site....

That is called google dance.

everytime after G doing an algorithm update, this kind of dance coming on the way, and what I did is simply
sit and quiet for at least 2 weeks until most of the waves settled, and then see what can I do from that
point onward, because I believe, whenever I do some fix when the dancing is on, it prooves to G that I
am doing SEO and they're not too happy with SEO all the time I think, but that's just me perhaps.
