Need a Lil Help "call center"

am in need of a system hosted online hopefully on a cloud or vps that i can set up an Automatic Calling Center system something similar to a cell phone banking system .... call a specific number ... put in authorization pin ... etc etc

know of any way of executing this contact me or if you can build a system like this ill pay to have it done.

Twilio + OpenVBX ...spend some time getting to know this system...you can achieve what you stated with this combo.

I would recommend a dedicated server with asterisk for setting up a VOIP Server.
