Need a letter created for Paypal

Basically, my supplier decided to cut ties with me- by way of sending my last 30 items to me totally fake. Shame to lose a supplier I had a good thing going with,,,
Anyway Paypal wants a 3rd party authorized dealer letter, on letterhead, faxed to them stating the items are fake.

Can someone create this for me- PM me and name your price.
