If you don't want to pay, well... hopefully someone can chime in and help you out
I did check your site out, but I'm not seeing anything obvious that needs to be improved (especially since I'm not familiar with the topic) besides the fact that the homepage is ugly and full of testimonials. For sites that I build, the homepages are full of interesting stuff pertaining to that niche.
For example, the homepage of the only site that I have in the education niche (since your niche is also education) contains these elements: latest blog posts, banner ad, news reel from the US and UK government (the education department, obviously), banners to important pages of my website (education software, VR software used in education, UK / US teachers salaries, online courses and membership sites, etc.)
So, you could do something similar with your homepage instead of having those ugly testimonials occupy the entire homepage (I apologize if I'm offending someone, but, personally, I have never trusted testimonials, they can be easily faked, so I don't care about them too much and never bother reading them), you could use a latest (blog) posts widget, you could also link to affiliate courses or to your own courses, in the absence of content you could also simply slam a "get a quote" form and hope that people fill it in and submit it, you could maybe insert a small section of "About Me" with your face and all / any certifications / diplomas you might have, at least this will add more credibility to your site since you're making it so personal anyway, at least go fully personal
And the speed of your site could also be improved as it appears to load a bit slowly for me....
Anyway, that's the best I could do for the limited amount I had to check out the site and spot something, but if you post in the HAF forum you might be able to hire someone to audit your site properly and give you valuable feedback.
Good luck regardless!
