Need a landing page designed with certain scripts

I need a landing page designed that can do the following:

-Collect email addresses with an optin box
-utilize a geoIP script to tag emails with IP & Country info (I will provide IP DB for this)
-utilize javascript to detect any sort of bot traffic on the landing page and write results to a file
-Rip landing page design from a few designs i provide myself. (mostly will be sign up for coupons/freebies/deals/etc)
